Being categorized as sealed chilled ceilings, our systems operate according to the radiation principle.
The plasterboard ceilings, similarly to metal ceilings, are suspended from the raw concrete ceiling, covering water-flown cooper pipes between an aluminium heat conducting profile. The cooling registers are fixed onto the special substructure. The plasterboards are screwed on the conducting profiles. Thus, the register are fully bonded with the plasterboards and activate the latter. Through the use of highly thermally conductive construction materials, high heating/cooling outputs can be reached.

 

Our system is characterized by the independent structure.Our system is characterized by the independent structure (tested ad approved according to DIN EN 13964) with a rigid and torsion-resistant suspension, which can receive plasterboards, thermal panels or metal panels. Two conclusive system components, consisting of a strong support profile and an attached heat conducting profile, offer a base for subsequent screwing of planks.
The major advantage of this concept is that the ceiling surfaces, activated to maximum, can be used to discharge high heat loads from the room. Compared with other systems, this leads to high occupancy rates.
